Vendor Sign-Up

Join us as a vendor at the Pumpkin Chuck Festival November 07, 2026 and showcase your offerings to our enthusiastic crowd! We're seeking various food, drink, and unique vendors to make this year's festival unforgettable.

Benefits of Participating:

  • Last year's foot traffic was 2,000-2,500 people, and we anticipate an even greater turnout this year!
  • In 2025, many vendors ran out of food and drinks!
  • Promotion on our event website and social media.
  • Opportunity to be part of a beloved community event.
  • Your fees go directly to support local initiatives and park beautification projects. The event is organized by the Mt. Washington Community Council, a nonprofit organization.

Sign-Up Costs and Vendor Types:

Food, Drink, and Demonstration Vendors

  • Vendor Fee: $250
  • Approximately 12' × 12' vendor space or space for a food truck.
  • Setup begins at 9:00 AM. Vendors must be unloaded and ready for business by 11:30 AM.
  • Event hours are 12:00 PM-5:00 PM.
  • Vendors are responsible for all required licenses, permits, inspections, and applicable food-service regulations.
  • A current certificate of liability insurance is required, with the Mt. Washington Community Council named as an additional insured for the event.
  • Vendors provide their own tables, displays, weather protection, supplies, and cleanup equipment.
  • Electricity may be available. Please contact the Event Coordinator with electrical requirements.
  • Completed contracts and payment are due by October 19, 2026.

Potted Palm Craft Market Vendors

  • Merchant Fee: $20
  • Bring your own tables, chairs, displays, and tent, if needed.
  • All tents must be properly weighted or anchored for safety.
  • Booths must be completely set up before the event opens at 12:00 PM and remain open through 5:00 PM.
  • Merchants are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and in good condition throughout the event.
  • All merchandise and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event.
  • Merchants are responsible for complying with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • The $20 merchant fee is non-refundable, and the event is rain or shine.
